The Hawks failed to make the final cut for the championship round being played tomorrow after the ninth place finish. Only the top seven teams advance to the final day of play.  The Hawks bowled in their final match of their inaugural season this weekend. The Hawks finished the three-day tournament with a 713.3 team average. The Hawks took second place out of the six CIAA West Division teams participating. Individually, CU's Kristy Brown averaged 177.2 over the weekend, making her the third best bowler at the tournament. The Hawks played against some formidable opponents from the NCAA DI and DII ranks. Their lone win game in Baker play on Sunday against CIAA opponent Livingstone College.
