MURFREESBORO, N.C. – Chowan University hosted its annual Awards Day Convocation on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in Turner Auditorium inside the Columns Building. The ceremony recognized students who excelled academically throughout the year while also demonstrating outstanding character and service both on campus and within the community. GREENVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas announced their 2025-26 men's golf all-conference selections following the conference championship. The all-conference awards were chosen by the league's head coaches. Chowan University's Gabriel Ansley earned All-Conference honors after posting a 74.0 scoring average on the season. Ansley ranked 14th in the Conference Carolinas and 344th nationally, highlighted by his consistent play across 26 rounds and a +2.1 average to par.
